Missions
HAITI
The Abolish Slavery team will be participating in the June Port Au Prince Missions to rescue
and rehabilitate women and children victimized by human trafficking. We will help to bring clean water, solar energy, education, and disaster relief. To be a part of this rescue mission, please show your support by making a donation today.
CAMBODIA
We have a network of undercover investigators and human rights activists in Cambodia preparing for our upcoming missions. It’s an important time for us to get back into the field along the Thai border. Recent reports show an increase in the amount of Vietnamese girls being abducted and sold into human trafficking in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Assist us this year on human rights missions in Cambodia looking for missing kids and finding a plethora of other victims deserving a chance at freedom.
MEXICO
Ongoing investigations of human trafficking cross border from Tijuana into California show some shocking trends that foreign mafias are benefiting from the strength and control the Latin Mafias have consolidated in the cross border region. Undercover investigations show that human trafficking is on the rise and that victims are transited through Tijuana and San Diego to private homes and to gaming casinos in California and Nevada.
ARMENIA
We are planning an upcoming fact finding mission to study the phenomenon of young Armenians girls being trafficked by the Russian mafia across into Turkey. With the numbers on the rise, its clear that we need to get in the field in Armenia and retrieve the victims before they are transited across into Turkey.
BURMA
Ongoing slave liberation trips are being planned in the coming months both in the Karen and Shan states of Myanmar Burma, where slave labor has become a government standard of the military Junta known as the “SPDC.” Join with us in helping the shelters and activists who are finding and retrieving the captives. Now is the time to get behind the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Aung San Suu Kyi, and demand that the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights be upheld.
ISRAEL
We have implemented and are planning a series of investigations in Tel Aviv to assess the phenomenon of trafficking young girls from Russia, Moldova, and Ukraine into Israel. Many of these victims are then transited to Lebanon and Cyprus. Most; however, are left in Tel Aviv to face an unimaginable life of sexual exploitation and human rights abuses. The strong presence of Russian mafia in Israel is an extreme threat to Israel’s national security. Join with us in protecting Israel from the Russian mafia by retrieving the victims with the authorities and bringing this injustice to light!
IRAQ
Help the Aramaic Christians in northern Iraq who are being sold to pay protection money to terrorist organizations. The girls are trafficked across into Damascus, Syria, and Amman, Jordan where the Iraqi girls are transited on to the wealthy Gulf States. We can save lives, working with local human rights leaders and with the Kurdish government to enforce human rights laws and provide assistance to those vulnerable victims who are falling into human trafficking.
SUDAN
We are happy with the success of the Save Darfur movement, and now it is time to be on the ground in Sudan. We can expect more raids from the Janjaweed and Murahaleen who have preyed on the black African tribes. We plan to join efforts again this year with Dr. John Eibner of CSI, as we go on slave liberation missions to redeem slaves who are held in the Darfur province. Once we’ve moved them from the conflict zone, they are provided survival kits, as they begin a new life away from the fighting in Darfur. Among the relative peace and safety of southern Sudan, under the Dinka tribal leadership and the southern government, these slaves and Darfur refugees will receive education support, medical support, and they’ll have a new chance at life in freedom.
THE UNITED STATES
With slavery on the increase in the US and with home foreclosures in record numbers, the real impact of the economic crisis is felt right here at home. Working with local police and federal agents we are working to free slaves in California, New York, and in Washington DC, and we are assisting and advocating on behalf of local and national task forces to abolish slavery both at home and abroad.
