Government officials and NGOs this week warned against a 'disturbing' rise in human trafficking in South-East Europe with minors increasingly becoming a target for criminals.

Manila (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN) – The Philippines needs to re-assess its policies and strategies to effectively combat rampant human trafficking both in and out of its borders, a United Nations (UN) official said Friday.
